The photos and videos here accompany the free ebook:
I could barely walk. Now I can run:
How I overcame pain and disability without drugs and surgery (and how you can do the same).
These videos and photos chart my long healing journey from 2012, when I could barely walk, I was bent over to the left and couldn't straighten up, it was taking me five minutes to get out of a chair, and I was in pain 24/7. Now in 2022, I can run, work out, and dance.
This photo was taken in 2010, before my mobility crashed in 2012. It was taken by a professional photographer for an article in a Korean Christian newspaper. I hated this photo at the time, but now I'm glad I have it because it shows how my bones, skin, and flesh had shrivelled and my hair thinned. In the next set of photos, you'll see how all that changed when I got fully nutrified.
I changed my diet and started taking all 90 essential nutrients (Youngevity) in 2012 when I was 53. These photos were taken before and after. You can see how the bones and flesh in my face came back. My hair thickened, my posture improved, and I put on healthy weight.
These photos were taken across a two and a half year period, standing next to the same guy. In the photo on the left (early 2012), he's holding my arm because he's helping me walk, and I'm leaning into him to my left because I can't straighten up properly. In the picture on the right (July 2014), I'm standing straight and I appear to have nearly caught him up in height. (Actually, I'm not sure if I regained height. I think it just seems that way because I straightened up.)
This photo was taken professionally in 2016. I'm showing it here because you can see that my left knee is bent forward in front of the right knee. This wasn't a deliberate pose. It was the only way I could stand. This is because my left hip still wouldn't straighten. In fact, it has only straightened recently. (I'm writing this in 2022.)
In 2017, I started the unconventional dental treatment from Dr SooChang Jung in Seoul, South Korea. (For details, see the free ebook.) From the photos above, you can see my eyes seemed to level up. My right eye is still higher than my left, but not as much as before the treatment.
Also during the dental treatment, my posture improved. In the picture on the left (taken in 2017), I look as if I'm deliberately twisting my left should back, but I'm actually trying to stand straight. In the picture on the right (taken in 2019), my shoulders are straight.
This video contrasts my walking ability in 2014 and 2016. By 2016, I could walk faster and was no longer dependent on a cane (although you can see that I'm having problems walking in a straight line). In both videos, you can see the abnormal twist in my pelvis.
This video shows me climbing stairs in 2016. For four years (from 2012 to 2016) it had been impossible for me to go up a step on my left foot. In the first section of the video, I have my hand protectively on my left hip and I'm holding the handrail. In the second part of the video, I could walk up stairs without holding the handrail, although you can see how badly my knees are bent in. The left knee in particular is badly bent in and the left hip is at a strange angle.
Now we jump to the beginning of 2022, when I discovered the youth renewal patches. The effect was immediate and astonishing. Within three days, I could run for the first time in 12 years. I recorded this video 13 days after starting the patches (for Facebook).
Within three weeks of starting the patches, the abnormal bulge on my left hip had reduced significantly.
I recorded this video three months after starting the patches to show I could run, work out, and dance.
Here's a 20 minute workout shown in four minutes. (My legs are still limited, but they're improving.)
And here I am bouncing in slow motion. I can't begin to understand the healing that must have taken place in my feet, ankles, legs etc. to enable me to do this.

Looking back on these photos and videos, I can't believe the transformation I've been through. All I do is to thank God for his great mercy.
I'd love to hear about your own healing journey. Please tell me about it in the comments below. What helped you along the way?
