Somebody complemented me on my complexion the other day. It prompted me to see if I could compare my wrinkles pre-patches and post-patches. It seems the wrinkles beside my right eye in particular have significantly reduced. This wasn't my goal in using the stem cell activation patches, but I'm not complaining. (I'm 63.)
Ten years ago, I got off the drugs and surgery treadmill when I refused a hip replacement. I dread to think what would have happened if I hadn’t made that decision.
At the time, I was bent over to the left and couldn’t straighten up. I could barely walk, and I was in pain 24/7. I knew a hip replacement wasn’t going to solve my problems. It would only add to them, and if I took that route, I would rapidly be caught in the usual drug and surgery downward spiral. Looking back, I don’t think I would have lived very long, and if I had, I would have needed 24-hour care and lost complete control over my own health.
I thank God that never happened. Instead, I chose the diet and nutrition route. The rest, as they say, is history.
The whole world is nutritionally deficient these days, especially when it comes to the 60 essential minerals our body needs every day. These minerals are no longer in our food because they are no longer in the soil. But modern conventional medicine ignores this and only prescribes drugs and surgery. This puts already sick people on a downward spiral that only ends with their death.
This is what typically happens. You have a chronic disease that is caused by nutritional deficiencies. The doctor gives you a drug. This doesn’t address the underlying cause; it just manages the symptoms. The use of the drug causes further depletion of your limited nutritional supplies. After a few months, the drug stops working so the doctor either increases the potency or adds another drug or two. You then need even more drugs to manage the side-effects of the original drugs.
Then you need surgery. You have your first hip replacement. You now have an artificial hip and you have lost any possibility of the body healing itself. (Your body knows how to heal hips made of flesh and bone, but not those made of metal.) The hip replacement hasn’t solved the underlying nutritional deficiency, in fact the strain of the surgery has made it worse. So soon you need the other hip replaced – then a knee – then a shoulder.
While all this is happening, your nutritional reserves get lower and lower causing more and more health problems.
I chose to go another way. I changed my diet and took all 90 essential nutrients every day.
I took the nutrition to help my hip. But actually, it was months before my hip showed a significant improvement. But while I was waiting, I saw wonderful improvements in the rest of my body, from the top of my head to the tip of my toes. My other joints (knees, shoulders, fingers etc.) got looser and more comfortable. I had more energy. I felt the bones in my face regrow. My hair grew back thick and healthy. My skin stopped cracking and bleeding. My restless leg syndrome reduced. The pain reduced. The frequent urination resolved. The feeling returned in my left leg. I could bend my ankles again. There were far too many improvements for me to remember and list here.
I had found the power of medical nutrition. I had also found that you can’t just fix one part of the body (as the MDs seek to do) without fixing the whole body.
You don’t need to be on the drugs and surgery downward spiral. There are alternatives.
To give just one example, In the video Type 2 Diabetes Easily Reversed Dr Peter Glidden (see below), Dr Glidden explains what happens in the body when someone develops type 2 diabetes and how diabetes drugs lead to a downward spiral. He also explains how we have known since 1957 that the trace mineral Chromium plays a vital part in the body’s ability to process sugar.
So, you have a choice. You don’t need to be caught in the drugs and surgery downward spiral. There are natural, more effective, safer alternatives.
Take the first steps today and learn how to let your body heal itself.
Me: I’d love to come to your house, but you won’t be able to feed me.
Friend: Why not?
Me: My diet is very restricted due to food allergies and intolerances.
[I normally then have to then go into specifics to persuade this person that no matter how many hoops she’s prepared to jump through, there are still going to be problems.]
Friend: You poor thing. How awful for you!
Me: Actually, it’s a blessing.
Friend: How so?
Me: I’m not tempted to eat unhealthy food. Everybody is damaged by unhealthy food, but for most people the effects are slow so they don’t make the connection. For me, the effect is immediate. I used to have cravings and be addicted to processed food like everybody else, but now I’m free from all that. My appetite is regulated, and as long as I’m in control of my meals, I can eat good, healthy, satisfying food.
I’ve felt like this for some time. However, I’ve only recently woken up to the fact that the reason people are addicted to processed food is that the food industry plans it that way.
I found this video on YouTube: UK doctor switches to 80% ULTRA-processed food diet for 30 days BBC (see below). It’s under ten minutes, very watchable, and very informative about the processed-food-addiction trap.
In the video, a UK doctor switches from his normal 20% ultra-processed food diet to 80%. He does this for 30 and records his progress. He says the 80% ultra-processed food diet is the norm for 1 in 5 people in the UK. This is what he found:
The ultra-processed food is hyper-palatable and it’s impossible to stop eating it once you start.
As the weeks progressed, he felt more and more hungry and ate more and more processed food.
He soon got constipated.
He started waking up every morning feeling like he had a hangover.
Then he started waking up at 4 a.m. with heartburn, a headache, and hunger pangs.
The doctor wondered what the food companies were trying to get him to taste with all the chemicals, MSG, salt and sugar. He describes one particular breakfast cereal as “an amazing bit of food engineering”.
This experiment was done under the oversight of an obesity expert. At the end of the 30 days, she went through the medical results with the doctor.
He had gained 6.8 kg in 4 weeks.
His hunger hormone had gone up by 30%.
At the same time, there was a decrease in the hormone that tells the body it’s full.
Before and after brain scans showed that the brain had made new connections. He says his body “linked up reward centres of the brain with areas that drive repetitive, automatic behaviour. So, eating processed food is something my brain simply tells me to do without me ever wanting it. Shockingly, this is something you might see in a person with addiction.”
What I wondered after watching the video (and the video didn’t tell us) was whether this doctor had problems returning to a 20% ultra-processed diet and whether he was able to shed that extra 6.8 kg.
The conclusion to this experiment is: You are addicted to processed food because the food industry planned that you would be. Just do an internet search for ‘the food industry makes food addictive’, and you will be astonished at the information you find.
Watching this video has made me rejoice even more in my food restrictions. It has also given me more sympathy for people who are unable to break their food addictions.
If you need help in this area, there are light therapy patches that reduce sugar cravings, help to regulate appetite and support fat loss. Please contact me for more information.
Please watch the video and realise you have been caught in a very clever trap laid for you by the food industry. It’s difficult but not impossible to break free from this snare. And the rewards are great.

A few years ago in Korea, I received a medical report with huge Korean letters in bright red on the front. My Korean was basic at best. I understood that the main title said URGENT ACTION NEEDED, but I couldn’t understand the written explanation as to why I was deemed to be in great danger if I didn’t take appropriate action.
I panicked. What could possibly be the problem? My health had rocketed in the previous few years after I had changed my diet and started taking all 90 essential nutrients every day. I had been reluctant to take the medical exam because I had become sceptical about allopathic medicine, but my employer required it. I now thought maybe I had been wrong to think that way, and the exam had uncovered some terrible, life-threatening sign of disease.
In my panic, I tried to urgently find a translation for why I was in such imminent danger. I used dictionaries and called Korean friends. Eventually, I found the problem.
My cholesterol was too high.
I breathed a sigh on relief. Was that all? I determined to totally ignore my cholesterol level. Some of you may find my attitude reckless. But I already knew very well that the prevailing medical view of cholesterol was suspect.
I checked all the other results in the report and found they ranged from good to excellent. The only other problem I was warned about was that I was too fat, based on my waist size. I dismissed that on the grounds that my weight to height ratio was good, and as a western woman I was naturally shaped differently to your average Korean woman.
Having overcome the panic and digested the contents of the report, my next emotion was anger. I was furious that they would use enormous read letters to scare the life out of me. (Fear has become a common strategy of the pharmaceutical industry in persuading us to undergo medical procedures.)
We have been told for decades that cholesterol is bad and we have to lower it at all costs, even if it means taking drugs with serious side effects. Several years ago, a beloved member of my family was put on a low-cholesterol diet and that seemed to mark the beginning of a serious deterioration in health over the next few years.
One of the first doctors I heard giving an alternative view of cholesterol was Dr Joel Wallach. In the short video Dr Joel Wallach Dead Doctors Don’t Lie Cholesterol Heart Disease (see below), Dr Wallach uses humour to get his message across.
He maintains that elevated cholesterol levels do not cause disease, but rather may be a warning system pointing to other health issues.
As for cardiovascular disease, he points out that Eskimos who live above the Arctic Circle eat a traditional diet of 98% red meat and blubber (from whales, walruses, seals, bears etc.) and their cholesterol levels range from 250 to 350, yet ‘they’re legendary for not getting cardiovascular disease until they come down to the lower 48 and eat like us. Then when they get cardiovascular disease, they go back home to die above the Arctic Circle. They start eating whale blubber again, and it [the cardiovascular disease] goes away.’
In the video Lowering Cholesterol is Dangerous – Beware of These Side Effects (see below), Dr Peter Osborne states that high cholesterol doesn’t cause disease and the belief that it does is one of the biggest, most perpetuated myths in medicine today. Furthermore, recent studies have shown that ‘bad cholesterol’ (LDL) ‘. . . actually does not increase your risk of heart disease and that lowering it with statins actually does.’ He goes on to detail the side effects of statins and the harm they do to your health.
I often encourage people to improve their diet for the sake of their health. When I say that, many people assume that I’m talking about lowering cholesterol and salt. I’m not. I’m talking about getting off processed ‘food’ and getting on to real food.
The cholesterol myth is just one example of the wrong way we have been taught to think about health. It is time to realise the pharmaceutical industry is incredibly powerful and has a vested interest in persuading us to spend our lives taking their drugs.
Through lifestyle changes, you can find a better to maintain good health.

On the 8th February 2022, when I first started using the stem cell activation patches, it was impossible for me to even think about working out or dancing.
Sixteen days later, I tried a 30 minute, low-impact workout for beginnings. I had to stop half-way through because of pain in my right knee and left foot. But I was astonished and delighted that I could do even that.
Since then, I’ve gradually improved in terms of movement, energy, and stamina. And I no longer get any pain.
It was very difficult at first to persuade my legs to do one thing while my arms did something else. It was also very difficult to move in time to the music. But eight months on, I’m really grooving.
This video shows my progression.
